One of the very first things I did when I opened the made in Switzerland Kuhn Rikon knives was to feel the weight of the individual knives in my hand. I like a knife that is not too light yet nothing heavy either or my hands start to cramp after having my hand closed around the knife handle for just a short time.

The knives fit my hand well without the extra weight that can come with some kitchen tools and knives. I felt in control while chopping pecans for a recipe I’ve been perfecting this week.

The Colori®+ knives offer convenience through their sharpness, secure grip handles, and lightweight design, making your kitchen prep a snap. The set includes a Chef Knife, Utility Knife, and a Serrated Paring Knife, some of the most useful knives you will need and use in your kitchen tool arsenal. Each knife has a sharp Japanese stainless steel blade with a colorful ergonomic handle and matching safety sheath. Japanese stainless steel blades are hand sharpened and super sharp, making short work of your cooking tasks.
