Wet & Forget Indoor and Outdoor Mold, Mildew and Algae Remover

Let’s start off with a bit of Wet & Forget history. First thing I did was attach the hose and nozzle to the Wet & Forget Indoor cleaner.  I started out by spraying down my shower and tub combo first thing on cleaning day. Which I normally give a heavy scrubbing every two weeks. Then I moved into the kitchen area and sprayed around my sink back splash, which collects grim from everyone washing their hands in this sink. Next I moved on to Mr’s shower. Lets just say very, very dirty and leave it at that. This is a room I don’t normally clean, because we each clean our own bathrooms.

I let the Wet & Forget sit for the better part of the day before going back to check on the results. My shower was looking better after only a few hours. The kitchen backsplash was basically clean. I used a damp cloth to finish cleaning it up. Mr’s shower, it still looked not nearly as clean as I would want it to look. But I really can’t expect miracles in just a few hours without scrubbing.

Two weeks later I repeated the process and I was really impressed with the results. I never actually scrubbed my shower down after the initial spray two weeks ago or today (keep in mind my shower wasn’t heavily soiled to begin with). The shower continues to look exceptionally clean and not a spot of stain anywhere. The kitchen backsplash area looks fab. I’ve wiped it down every weekend with Wet & Forget. Now for Mr’s shower. His shower does look better, however I think if it would have been cleaned/scrubbed prior to using the Wet & Forget I would have seen better results; however for the review I wanted to try it without scrubbing. I’m thinking maybe I’ll purchase the Wet & Forget for showers and let Mr. give it a try.

Over all I really like the Wet & Forget. No more climbing in the shower to scrub down the walls and tub. And I really like the fact I haven’t seen any mildew or film on the shower walls. We live in an area that is humid year around, making this a plus. I will be adding Wet & Forget to my cleaning team.
