As most of you know I had a total knee replacement surgery a couple of weeks ago. Let me tell you this surgery and physical therapy is not for the faint of heart. I’ll just say it, I cried like a baby… often and then told myself “you’ve got this” and powered through. After a week of this, they finally adjusted my medication which brought sweet relief and I was able to truly begin physical therapy and not be a blubbering mess of tears during the entire session as I was before.
