I can hardly wait for our new holiday tree to arrive. Then I’ll be crunching up the holiday jazz, decorating and baking cookies to fill the house with the smells of Christmas. I tend to go all out decorating the fireplace mantle and entryway table, and then top the table with a festive table runner.

Do you have a favorite holiday tradition? My daughter and I used to watch old holiday classics while wrapping our holiday gifts in one day. I miss that. I’m thinking about starting a new tradition with a holiday cookie exchange party with the members of our family. I’m confidant with 7 families baking, we should all end up with a nice array of holiday treats to carry us through Christmas.
