Open September 19th at 12:01 AM – October 3rd at 11:59 PM.
Now that the children are back in school and most have settled into the busy “MOM” routine, and just before the busy holiday season begins, we thought it might be time for a well deserved break. Pull up a chair along with your favorite beverage while you “hop” around to the bloggers listed in the linky below. Each blog will be hosting a review/giveaway with a minimum value of $25.00.

I don’t know about you but I suffer from allergies, year around. When spring rolls around I love the burst of blossoms along with the fresh air coming through the windows, however my allergies kick into overdrive. Then as we head into summer and the windows are closed you would think they would let up but no, not happening. Fall is a magic time of year here in the Ozarks with the trees leaves turning crimson, orange and yellow it’s enough to make one giddy. Yet ragweed makes my face look like I’ve been crying steady for a week. Winter my old friend, well not actually with arthritis, however with the windows closed and the heat pumping through the house my allergies kick in once again. Every morning when I wake up I’m stuffy and bleary eyed.
Over the summer I’ve been using the Honeywell True HEPA Allergen Remover in my living room, dining and kitchen area to help cut down on allergens in the air produced by our air conditioning running 24/7. Although the unit I received for review is actually too small for the area I’m trying to “clean up” however it did do a great job. This work horse helped cut my allergies considerably. I before next summer arrives I will purchase the larger unit to help clean the air in this large area of our home. I plan on moving this unit into my bedroom in just a few weeks to help combat my winter allergies which are worse upon waking each morning.
The Honeywell Air Purifier True HEPA Allergen Remove comes in white or black in three sizes to help reduce allergens in your home. The HPA100 is designed for a medium sized room (155 sq ft). Helping to capture airborne particles 0.3 microns and larger, including mold spores, dust, pollen, pet dander and smoke from the air that passes through its filters, yes I said filters because you have two filters on each unit. However I believe I will only need to replace the large once per year our maybe ever 10 months, and the pre filter I was by hand once per and lay flat in my dish drainer to drip dry before replacing. Yes, this is the pre carbon filter to help reduce odors.
The unit ins Energy Star qualified! You can program the unit to shut off at 2, 4 or 8 hours. Operation is quite in normal use, when turned to turbo it does become a bit louder but seriously it’s something one would expect with the word turbo. The control panel is lite but you can dim until it is off for sleeping in a nice dark room.
Each unit comes with a 5 year limited warranty.
I apologize for the info graphic being a bit hard to read.
You can find Honeywell products and filters at your local Walmart, and online at kaz.com
