I can’t think of anything more essential to the learning process than a good nights sleep, coming in second is serving healthy food to our children, teens and college bound family.

I’ve been sleeping on my classic essentia pillow for around 2 weeks now; an I’ve go to say it conforms to my head, neck and shoulders perfectly. No more tossing around trying to find a perfect “sweet spot” in the pillow for a good nights sleep. I really like the heavy duty pillow cover and the fact it’s not white. Let’s face it, after time most pillows look well… eww from sweat and drool stains. Hey I’m not a drool-er but I can carry on a full conversion with anyone while I’m sleeping 😉 I normally place 2 pillow cases on each of my pillows to cut down on stains, and we are (and by we I mean me) veering off topic.
