Turkey & Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwich YUM!

4 slices of Roman Meal bread

2 oz of Brie Cheese, thinly sliced

1 small green pear, cored, halved and thinly sliced

4 oz Roasted turkey breast thinly sliced

Non-stick cooking spray (I prefer to place a thin layer of butter on the outer slices of bread which will touch the hot skillet, which in turn melts and crates a golden crunchy melted goodness of a sandwich).

Whole Grain Apple & Herb Stuffing

16 slices Roman Meal bread, toasted or grilled

2 cups Chicken or Vegetable broth

1 cup Dried Cherries or Cranberries

⅓ cup Olive oil

3 Onions, diced

2 Granny Smith apples, cored and diced

1 tbsp Fresh thyme and sage, chopped

1 cup Pecans, chopped and toasted (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste.

Southwestern Whole Grain Egg Sandwich

Non-stick spray to cook the egg

2 Large Eggs

1 tbsp Shredded Cheddar or Pepper Jack Cheese

2 tbsp Fresh Salsa

2 tbsp Sliced Onion

2 Slices Roman Meal bread

Non-stick cooking spray (I prefer to place a thin layer of butter on the outer slices of bread which will touch the hot skillet, which in turn melts and crates a golden crunchy melted goodness of a sandwich).

Sliced avocado (optional).
