The first thing I need to do is give a shout out to the OtterBox team and thank them for the excellent customer service during the holidays. I was accidently shipped the wrong size cell phone case and once I reached out to them they quickly righted the problem and had a replacement on the way.

As a blogger, my phone is near my person 24/7. I turn the sound and alerts off at night, but it’s still laying on the nightstand charging while I catch a few Zzz’s. Let’s just say I’d be lost without my phone and my work would suffer. Therefore, it’s important to make an investment in my tech devices and protect them from bumps and rattles.
