Pipping HOT Chicken Parmesan Served Up with Love!

 Do you see the picture above ^ of the delicious Chicken Parmesan I had for dinner last night; and you know what, it was ready from start, to on the table ready to server in under an hour. The great folks over at Michael Angelo’s truly did all the hard work. I only needed to place the frozen entrée in the oven to heat while I set the table, tossed together a salad and drinks. I even had time to catch up on the days events with the family. The point is; in about the same amount of time it takes for little Bobby and Sara to finish up their homework, you can serve a family style sit down dinner. A brief calm before the next days activities begin once again.

The Chicken Parmesan is from an old family classic made with medallions of while meat chicken breast, breaded with authentic Italian style breadcrumbs. The chicken is placed on 100% semolina spaghetti, covered with Sara’s vine ripened tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese and finished it all off with a dusting of imported Romano cheese.

Let’s me just say when the wonderful aroma started filling the house with the smells of pasta and sauce along with herbs and cheesy goodness… my family was simply drooling by the time I placed dinner on the table.
