The moment I opened the box and hefted out the naturpedic luxurious organic cotton mattress pad I knew, I absolutely knew I was going to love my new mattress pad. Now let’s find out why.
The weight alone gave me my first clue this was NOT your average bargain bin mattress pad.
Once I started unrolling the pad I could feel the heavy quilted material and see the edging finishing out this beauty.
I love the fact the corners have heavy straps to hold your new mattress pad in place. I don’t really care for those with that flimsy material that runs around the entire pad like a fitted sheet. Which we know never holds up to the test of time, at least they never have for me.
The first night I crawled into bed I could actually feel the difference in my mattress, not only will it protect my mattress against mishaps but adds a layer of added comfort as well.
Do you know what one of my favorite things about the naturepedic organic mattress pad is? Its made in the USA! That’s right you read correctly right here in the USA.
The organic mattress pad reached completely from side to side on my queen size bed with about an inch or two hanging over on the ends. Which is fine, my sheets fit perfectly over the pad and my finished bed looks great.
Overall I give Naturepedic a huge thumbs up for superior quality and workmanship along with being able to machine wash and dry, which is a real time saver for me personally. I believe this is truly the best mattress pad I’ve ever owned and I know when the time comes for a replacement I’ll head straight to Naturepedic.
