I’m not sure what has come over me in the past few weeks but I’ve been in the kitchen creating new to my family dishes or placing a new spin on old family favorites. I’ve come to notice I do need to expand my kitchen appliances and tools. I started to bake a tart and low and behold no tart pans or springform pans for cheesecake. The number one thing on my Amazon wish list is a food processor. I like to make my crusts by hand but my arthritic hands protest before I’m even finished mixing the dough.
