First let me start by saying the customer service was wonderful. We (meaning me) had a slight mix up during the ordering process. However it was very quickly resolved, and the package was at my door step within a very short period of time.
My bags were shipped in a sturdy box with each bag wrapped for protection.
I transferred my item from my previous handbag into the Kerrie the very day it arrived! I have been carrying my Miche bags since the first transfer. The added bonus in all of this is, with a Miche bag you transfer your items ONCE! Then each time you wish to change bags. You simply change the shell. All of your belonging stay within the base bag. How great is that!
I love all the pockets in the Demi base as well as my Demi Shell choices. Since I like everything to be in it’s own little space the extra pockets work very well for me. The zipper closure keeps all my items securely in my bag at all times.
