Here in the Ozark’s we are gearing up for a fun summer outdoors with family, friends and our beloved family pets. In order for us to protect our pets from fleas and ticks we use PetArmor Plus IGR for Dogs. Because protecting your pet from ticks and fleas is a vital part of pet ownership.

The fleas and ticks on you dog are only a very small percentage in your pets environment. Did you know fleas and their eggs can live outside in your soil and grass as well as in your indoor rugs, bedding and floor crevices. Eww, I feel the need to vacuum right about now.

Purchase the correct product for your pet’s species i.e. cat or dog.

You will need to know your dog’s weight and age.

Do NOT split tubes between dogs. Each tube holds the recommended amount for each pet according to your pets weight, age and type.

Only apply AFTER 30 days from your last flea and tick application.

Applying PetArmor Plus IGR

Remove product from package. You will only need ONE tube per pet.

Hold the tube with notched end pointing up and AWAY from your pets and YOUR face and body. Use scissors to cut off the narrow end at the notches along the line.

Invert tube over the dog and use open end to part your dog’s hair while gently squeezing the tube.

Apply all of the solution from the back of your dogs neck to a point midway between the neck and tail.

As you can see Dixie was a champ during the short time it took to apply the PetArmor Plus IGR. I didn’t notice a strong or annoying smell after the product was applied which is a BIG plus because some scents cause me to have a headache. So I believe PetArmor Plus IGR will be our go-to flea and tick protection for Dixie from now on.
