Our Family Enjoys PBS Programming, from the antics of Curious George, The Can in the Hat, Wild Kratts and Word Girl just to name a few.
Since we’ve been experiencing a wet and cold spring here in the Ozarks, the grandchildren and I have spent more than a few cold afternoons in a movie marathon.
Today we started out with Wild Kratts, the children (ok and myself as well) learn about natures creatures with Chris and Martin Kratt. Join the team as they discover natures secrets and learn about each creatures natural abilities and their natural habitats.
In the Wild Kratts DVD Rainforest Rescue, starring The Kratt Brothers, meet Shadow, The Black Jaguar.
Then journey into Rainforest Stew, The Wild Kratts mush stop Gourmand from creating a “rainforest stew” and disturbing the delicate balance of the rainforest ecosystem.
After a snack break they decided we should see which evil villain Word Girl will batting in our newest PBS DVD.
As it turns out… Word Girl vs. The Energy Monster, Dinner or Consequences Part 1 & 2,
Best Fan Club Meeting Ever and Day at the Museum were all bit hits and Word Girl saved the day!
