Rules to participate in product giveaway(s) listed on our blog.
This list is subject to change.
– Odds of winning; This will depend on the number of entries – per person, per giveaway.
– Methods of entry; Almost always, GiveawayTool or Rafflecopter. With the winner being drawn by Random.org
– Number of entries per household or per person; On average this will be one MANDATORY entry per person or household. Bonus entries MAY be available but NOT MANDATORY. Unless otherwise stated by myself. This is subject to change depending upon the sponsors requirements.
– Eligibility requirements The winner must be 18 years of age. You may be asked your Date of Birth.
– Description of prizes; Each prize will be describe in full. And you will receive exactly what is described in the description. Unless stated other wise OR the sponsor changes the product.
– Duration of the contest; The entry period will be determined by myself and posted on each giveaway. At the end we will choose a winner. The choice will be final. Your name will be listed on the actual giveaway post when the event is closed. I will send out ONE email. After the winner had been notified, they will have 24 hours to contact me by return email. At the end of 24 hours I will choose a new winner. Note** Once a winner has been contacted and they have not responded, I will then proceed accordingly.
– NO duplicate Entries; I will check to verify each entry for duplicate entries. I will also check to make sure each entry is valid, meaning if you like and then unlike etc. All of your entries will be deleted. If you are caught cheating I will ban you from the Blog and Facebook page and you can guarantee I will let fellow bloggers know!
– Giveaways Open to the US only unless otherwise stated in the Giveaway Post or Entry Form.
– Void where prohibited by law; If at any time we are hosting a giveaway that is restricted I will post in the giveaway if it is within my knowledge. Also* You will not be able to enter said giveaway(s) if your state is prohibited by law.
In the case our giveaway is sponsored by someone other than myself which is 99% of the time (See Disclaimer below).
