Cockatoos, Too by author Bethanie Murguia
I received a copy of Cockatoos, Too to facilitate a review.*
Who can can-can? Find out in this hilarious book that features cockatoos, two more cockatoos, and tutued toucans too!
Cockatoo Two?
Cockatoo, too?
Two Cockatoos!
Two cockatoos, too?
Cockatoo Tutus!
Two cockatoos meet tow more cockatoos in tutus and two tutued toucans. And then two more! Can they all can-can? They can! The cockatoos and toucans join together for a dance and ask the reader. “Can you can-can too?”
Bethanie Deeney Murguia’s fabulously fun book combines fascinatingly funny wordplay with lush, vibrant illustrations that will make readers want to can-can along!
The girl’s have been giggling along as I read Cockatoo, Too and trying to repeat the funny words along with grandma LeahSay.
The handy Cockatoo canvas bag is useful and washable. Perfect for a trip to the library or in our case bringing grandma another stack of books to read aloud.
This too cute note-pad is laying upon my desk and brings a smile to my face every time I pick it up.
Welcome to the “Baby It’s Cold Outside” Hop Event
Hosted by LeahSay’s Views and Planet Weidknecht
By this time of year we have normally received at least one good snowfall, however, we’ve only received a trace amount here at the house so far this year. I’m not sure if I would prefer a really cold winter or a light winter. I know with a light winter we are normally overrun with bugs the following summer and eww… I’m not a fan.
During the “Baby It’s Cold Outside” hop event you have the opportunity to ‘hop’ around and visit a fantastic group of bloggers and each blog will be hosting a contest valued at a minimum of $25. You will find a list of the participating bloggers listing in the linky at the bottom of this post.
Enter below for a chance to win a copy of Cockatoo, Too, Canvas Cockatoo, Too Tote, Note Pad and a $15 Amazon eGift Card.
