To help simplify matters, make your pie crust a day or two ahead and seal in air tight bags or bowls. Note about the pie crust recipe. You can lay flat on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and then cut into your desired shape, such as squares or triangles to bring a little pop to the plate. Don’t forget to brush with egg white wash to help create a beautiful crust.
