Let’s face it a PB&J is one of life nearly perfect sandwiches. You can please most everyone with the standard crunchy or creamy variety topped off with their favorite jelly, jam, preserve or butter. The good folks over a Jif have a deliciously creative sandwich contest going on RIGHT NOW.

All you need to do is let your child’s creativity burst forth and whip up an ORIGINAL sandwich recipe using Jif Hazelnut Spread, Jif Cashew Butter, Jif Whips Spreads, Jif Peanut Butter ore Jif Almond Butter for a chance to win a nice college fund! I don’t know about you but after seeing the sandwiches above; I need to step up my PB&J routine. I love peanut butter and hazelnut spread, but I think I’ll be taking a look through past winners recipes before I reach for the Jif jar next time. I would have never thought to mix pineapple, mandarin oranges and peanut butter, but the more I look at this picture the more I want this for breakfast! I will admit I’ve mixed bacon and peanut butter together on a toasted sandwich before.
