Summer is drawing to a close but that doesn’t mean the fun stops; no it’s just time to move the party indoors with your friends and family. Kick off a regular girls nite with a fun topic of the day! Simply add your package of powdered OWG Cosmo drink mix to your pitcher along with your favorite Vodka or White Wine (I mixed mine with white wine), if using vodka you will need to mix in a bit of water as well. Mix well until all ingredients a thoroughly mixed and dissolved. Place in the freezer for about 3 hours (ours only needed about 2.5 hours), then remove from the freezer and allow to thaw for about 10 minutes. Using a wire whisk mix your slush/drink mix and then pour into your favorite Martini glasses.
The Margarita Vino-Licious is simple to mix up and ready in under 3 hours!
I started off a little differently with this one. I poured my drink mix and wine into a freezer bag, which you can then mix by squeezing the bag gently after removed from the freezer. Thus allowing me to open the bag and remove a single serving and then placing the freezer bag back in the freezer until needed later. Worked out perfectly since I was the only one in need of a cocktail on that particular evening.

I really enjoyed both flavors, the Vino-Licious Margarita and the Cosmopolitan Party in a Pitcher. One of the best things about the mixes is; you are in control of the alcohol, meaning the amount, the brand and your favorite spirit of choice. Both were packaged in eye-catching colorful boxes which I thought were fun and practical for gift giving. And with the holidays just around the corner it’s time to start thinking gifts!
