Homemade Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe

Peanut Butter Brownies

This week’s recipe is Grandma Jeans Peanut Butter Brownies.

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1/4 cup cocoa powder

2 sticks of melted butter

4 eggs

2 cups flour (all purpose)

3 heaping spoons of peanut butter (use smooth or crunchy) I use a soup spoon.

This recipe is super easy to whip up. Toss all the ingredients into a bowl and give it a good stir. Once thoroughly combined, pour into a parchment paper lined baking pan or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place in a pre-heated 365° oven for 20 – 25 minutes. DO NOT over bake. Remove from oven to cool. They will be moist and if not consumed in 24 hours I would recommend storing in the refrigerator (this is never a problem in our home).

Perfect for pot-luck dinner and for the occasion you need to whip something up quickly since most of the ingredients are something we all keep on hand.
